Hands-On, Minds-On Meteorology Description | Programming | Operation Radar Description The Radar program is a simple adaptation of SlideViewer, customized to view/annotate/save radar images. click for whole shot   Objectives The primary objective of the Radar application is to allow students to view/compare/annotate variations of radar images, either by region or product to learn their unique nuances and the differences between them. The current version of the program has a radar image from one radar location and another image which is a national composite. Programming Theory This is simply a customized slideviewer, with labels for the types of radar images.   Assumptions N/A Equations N/A Other N/A Operation Running the Program Click the 'Radar' button Change slides by changing the appropriate pulldown menu. Save current slide and annotations by clicking save. Changing slides will not result in the loss of annotations. Extra Knowledge None as of yet.
