Following a brief description of GTSP, the talk discusses the fundamental aspects of the stabilization problem, the least cost conditions for achieving a given target, and the implications of delayed entry of developing countries into mitigation schemes. It then continues with a discussion of the role of carbon capture and storage, some issues with biomass, and concludes with some end use technology issues. |
